Before Google Analytics burst onto the scene, I worked on products that helped companies understand how customers interact with their websites, so that they can target critical business activities for improvement.

I served as the company's lead product designer, working within a team of engineers to transform a hierarchical research catalog into an activity-centric, fully interactive medium for learning about customer behavior on a website. I was involved in every phase of the product life cycle from early conceptual design through implementation.
